The red-headed cashier in the drive through was SO irritated. He was slamming items around and shook a paper bag so hard opening... it that he had to get a new bag. He had no reason to be irritated with us as we had just pulled up, so this was residual anger.Also, the girl taking orders could not be understood through the extremely loud speaker. Overall, not a great experience. Aside:had to wait about 10 minutes past the window for our food. No biggie, but it's not fast. Read more
Barbecue sandwich is ok .. but a mess for children rib strips don't stay on . would prefer they slice a smoked pork loin and... slice it to fit.. perhaps they already have a sandwich like that as this was my first encounter with ARBYS . My favorite QSR (fast-food) restaurant. The basic sandwiches are reliable good, and the "Greek" Gyro is as good as any that I... had while stationed in the region of the Eastern Medditerran, and a lot more accessible, of course. 'Love the "curly fries",too. Read more
Dined in on lunch from work. Good, quick service and food. Still unhappy about being able to pump my own sauces and have... access to the sauces other than Arby's or Horsey and pepperoncini's and pickles, but that is a post pandemic issue, not a storeissue. Read more

Normally love Arby's but did not enjoy this experience. Ordered several combo meals and all had the poorest quality of food.... From soggy buns and old veggies to burnt over cooked dry chicken. The fries that Normally are amazing seemed as if the had beenthe leftover remnants of a lunch rush that had been sitting for hours. To top it off we had to pull ahead and wait 15 min forwhat was claimed to be made fresh. Read more

Arby's needs to focus on training their employees to listen to the customer. The last 3 times we have ordered at drive thru we... have not gotten any sandwich that we actually ordered. You cannot open every sandwich to check it at the drive thru and by thetime you drive the distance home you don't want to go back to have it corrected. Really bad attention to detail on orders.Arby's management we will not be back. There are far to many choices with better service quality.
