Went there for breakfast after church. People were waiting to check out for groceries when we got there. I went to use the... restroom, no toilet paper in one of the 2 stalks and the bathroom was filthy. After finishing, the woman was still waiting tocheck out for groceries. I went to order breakfast. There was only 1 person ahead of us. There were only 2 cars at thedrive-through when we got there. My husband still hadn't been waited on and neither had the person in front of him. The 1stperson at the drive-through had to wait longer because their order was wrong. We waited a few more minutes and still nobody atthe corner got waited on so we left. Read more
Absolutely terrible. Ordered 4 piece chicken strips and I couldn't even finish. Tasted like microwaveable chicken and was... extremely over cooked. I finished one but the last three where so overcooked it was just breading. Hard breading. Took very longtoo. Got home and threw up the one chicken strip i ate. Very disappointed. Actually should be no stars. No one said hello or even waited on us. A man was checking ice cream temperatures and knew we were... there. Stainless counters were so dirty with food on them. Food was quick, service was good. The only reason this isn't 5/5 is because the tables aren't cleaned off between patrons and... the floor of the seating area has a significant amount of trash. Manager/owners need to find more staff to support propercleanliness and people need be mature enough to stop leaving messes Read more
I don't understand why any restaurant would expect their customers to sit down and eat at dirty tables! Why are you allowing... your managers to not be held to a higher standard??? Please clean your tables! When I was manager of Olive Garden, NO ONE SATDOWN TO A DIRTY TABLE! (no matter what the time was)!!!! This is the 2nd Braum's we've been to with poor management!!! Great banana splits! Very good biscuits and gravy..taste home made! Good ice creams, and chocolate milk, and egg nog, in holiday... season. Everyone is service challenged these days, but the staff did their best! Read more
This Braums was the dirtiest location I've visited. All the counters in the kitchen area and self-service pop/utensil area were... filthy. The trash was overflowing. There were several staff members there. We visited at 3pm in the afternoon on a Monday whichshould be the time everything is getting cleaned and serviced in preparation for the dinner rush. The fries were cold and theshakes had chunks in them. Not impressed and will avoid this location when visiting Derby in the future. Read more
