It's a wing place. They have wings. I don't care for wings, buffaloed or not. I do like street tacos. These are not like... the ones from a cart on a Mexican side street but, they are good. When I ask for no Chipotle sauce and the waitress asks if onthe side is OK? That means I don't want them on the tacos at all. And I won't eat the sauce on the side. Not sure why it'shard to understand. Last two times this has been an issue. Next time, I'm sending back. Also, I'm going to ask the price ofa mixed drink. $12! Was more than my meal! Crown & Cranberry juice? Maybe they had to squeeze the Cranberries by hand. I'llknow better next time. Our waitress was very attentive. Except for the whole Chipotle issue. I know everyone is supposed tolove it. I don't. 5 stars because the food is good and plentiful. Always leftovers and the handy-dandy to-go boxes with seethrough lids are a bonus. We ordered 2 10 PC with ff and a side of Mac and cheese. With ranch and blue cheese dips. When we got home there was no Mac and... cheese or sauces. And yes we were charged for it I'm not sure why it's so hard to follow a list of things ordered. It was at4:30 in the afternoon wasn't rush hour and wasn't very busy. We were very disappointed with the service and time management of this restaurant. We went out to eat with our two young... children. The restaurant was not packed and we waited for our table for about 10 minutes (which is not that bad) however theyended up seating us in an area they at first didn?t want to use and was open the whole time. Their excuse was understaffed. Weordered our drinks a few minutes later but then waited 15 minutes to get our drinks. We then order our food and wait for another45 minutes. We finished two drinks each while waiting. We decide it?s been too long to sit at the table with two children andask to pay for our drinks and leave because everyone around us is served and we are left out. Our waitress realized the mistakeand says our food should be out next. We said no thank you and asked to pay. She still proceeded to bring out the foodimmediately, all of a sudden. The appetizer was cold. The mozzarella sticks had hardened and the onion rings were soggy. Westill asked to pay. Then the waitress stormed off to find a manager which still took a long time. We still didn?t get all of ourorder and ended up leaving without food. No compensation and loss of rewards. Read more
The staff here is really cool. They are nice & helpful. The sanitation seems to be pretty on point. The food is good. Beware the... carrots & celery though. I either got super dry or completely water logged veggies. Celery to the point it had gone bad. Itwasn't the best to bite into a delicious wing & the rotten celery. I'm a big fan of Buffalo Wild Wings. They always have good food and great service. I went today during mid afternoon and they... were cleaning under the everything which is nice to see. It took a long time to be seated despite 2 employees walking past me outside without even acknowledging my existence. Another... couple behind me left because they were tired of waiting. Once seated, the waiter did a great job being attentive but severalothers were standing around with their phones when there were plenty of tables that needed cleaned off.
