The line inside is often very long with 4-6 people deep, but they only ever have one register open. Usually anywhere from 3-5... people working in clear sight and should make the customers first before their tasks. The ladies who work here are generallyvery nice, and pleasant, just not customer service oriented. The self-serve soda machine the cups are never put away and oftenjust sotting on dirty counter. Restrooms are fairly clean for a gas station. The hot food is generally very fresh. Read more
If I could give this place 100 stars I would! Amber, Christina, Emily, and Sandy- are some of the most phenomenal people I've... ran into in my day. I've traveled across the USA, and the people who work there are so friendly. They smile and laugh with you.They make a conscious effort to make you feel at home. So full of energy and life. They are amazing people. Shelly, is the GM.She clearly has an eye for the right people. The facilities are always clean. They've done fundraising for MDA. I can't think ofa convenient store I'd rather go to. And in my area, trust me, there are plenty of options. But at Casey's, with piping hotpizza always in the oven. The friendly conversations you have, it feels more like a home away from home. Where as other placesare concerned with simply getting you in and out. You are all rock stars! Read more
Kathy always makes us the best breakfast pizza when we are in town. Delicious! We eat them practically every day.
Everything was fine and clean. But when i checked out, they asked if I wanted to donate 50 cents to something. I said "not... today, thank you". I gave her a $20 for 1.50 coffee purchase. She acted like it was a problem. Then handed me $18.00 in changeand closed the drawer. I said, "shouldn't I have have 50 cents coming." "Oh yeah, 50 cents", said under her breath. I don'tusually write reviews, but she acted shady. This is the 1st bad experience with Casey's, usually there hasn't been any problem. Read more
I love Casey's, but this location is a disgrace to the brand. As of 6/19/21 they have NO operational gas pumps. REALLY!? You're... a GAS STATION! So embarrassing. At least the staff here are kind and the pizza is still good. But seriously, spend some moneyon your building or sell it. 1 star. Edit 6/30: Mgmt responded quickly to my review. Thank you. Also, the gas pumps wereoperational within a few days by my own oberservation. Thank you for handling it. There are still a couple of handles that don'twork, but at least most of them do now. Keep getting better, it's what I'm used to from this franchise. Upgrading to 3 stars. Read more
