Don?t go to this Casey?s! I have been a Casey?s costumer for 10 years and sadly after this morning I will not be returning. If... this Casey?s makes a mistake they will somehow make it out to be the costumers fault and treat you like a liar. I have neverbeen so humiliated ever in my life. I spoke to the manager Alan, and instead of apologizing to me for the embarrassment they?vecaused, he called it a miscommunication. That is no way to treat someone when YOU Casey?s, made a mistake. Thanks Casey?s! Ohand FYI those vuse pods are a dollar cheaper at qt for the two pack and guess what?? They actually sold me a two pack instead ofcharging me for two and only giving me one. Read more
First time ordering online at this location. Arrived at appointed time to find my b'fast pizza was being remade because the... first burned. The employees were busy with a truck unloading goods into the store along with prepping other orders, sandwichesfor lunch, etc. When my replacement pizza came out about 10 mins later, the smiling woman at the counter said "no charge! Sorryyou had to wait!" Wow! Customer service like that is in rare supply these days. Highly recommend this Casey's! Read more

This place has the best breakfast pizza!
The lady working the register didn't want to accept my coupon for my online order. Told her that I wasn't paying full price for... the pizzas when I had a coupon. She assured me that there was no way for her register to take the amount off and that she was apro at working the register. Asked for a manager, and of course no manager, so I told her to call the manager and long behold Iwas able to use my coupon. I'd fire the lady working the register simply due to her poor customer service skills and horribleattitude. Read more
It's a shame, because the food itself is not the problem. It's good Pizza and good Sandwiches. The donuts are pathetic.. But... the food in general is tasty. HOWEVER... If you get good, or even adequate customer service at this location then you must havegotten there on the 3 days a year they probably have the rare good day. I often see several people standing in the waiting areatrying to get their order correct for the third time. I have also seen all the employees verbally fighting in front of everyone.Not to mention that they are often not very friendly to the public. If you order online, or by phone.. Good luck. DO NOT LEAVEwithout making sure the order is correct. Lastly, if you are stopping to get a candy bar and a coke.. it might be okay, but youalso might have to stand in a long line even if there are only two of you in line. I have to admit, I am a pretty loyal QT guy but I recently stopped in at this location with a friend and it was not bad. The... place was clean, smelled good, bathrooms were clean and well stocked, he bought pizza, it was surprisingly good. I waspleasantly surprised. Read more
Supeior food, sub-par customer service, ie, usually only one person at the register, even if there is a line of customers. It... seems as if not only with this store, but many others I have been to in a three state area, something is always out of order.Most annoyingly, it has been the ice/soft drink dispensers. The most used items other than the restrooms. For them to be out oforder, is just short of a crime. Read more
