Everyone at this location is slow! They didn?t have any steak made, the dude at the counter couldn?t roll a burrito for the life... of him, he had my food all over the counter tryna roll the burrito. Told him to make it a bowl instead and he threw the sloppydripping burrito in the bowl. Stopped by with my sister to try the Pollo Asado, got the salad as seen in the picture. The flavor was perfect, the pollo asado... was great. Ive been to almost every Chipotle in Wichita and this Derby location is the best of them all. The staff werefriendly and working together great. Seems like a great team, take care of them please. Went to this location for an earlier lunch before some shopping and had a great experience. Line was taken care of quickly and... food was great! We tried the Pollo Asado and it was amazing. Moist and delicious! We?ve gone to many chipotle?s in thesurrounding areas and this has been the best we?ve been to by far! The restaurant was clean and didn?t feel crowded, despite itssmall size. Horrible, was charged $8.60 for 3 small kids quesadillas, because the guy didn't know what to charge me. I told him numerous... times, that you don't ring up veggie tacos that cost $8.60, for three small kids quesadillas that are tortillas and cheese. Hedidn't give care. I personally am a fan of chipotle, just not the one in Derby ks. I guess it?s my false hope that their customer services and... portion sizes could get better . The one who started my order gave the person filling it the same look I did when he asked aboutthe portion size. He must have been new. He was told Only 2oz of meat. That didn?t even fill up the cup they put side orders ofguacamole LOL. I guess when I get the craving for chipotle I?ll have to take a trip to Wichita. Read more
Whole order is cold. Always cold. There?s no meat. There?s literally a tablespoon of meat. The order was late. Every time... with this location, it?s delayed, or it?s wrong, or in the last few instances, it?s been both. I?m not going here again untilmanagement comes out and explains what they?re going to do to change it. I?m tired of being disappointed every time I orderChipotle from the Derby location. The list of crimes that have stacked up: the last several times I?ve ordered (at least thelast five): The chips were stale. The order was not seen or made. The order was wrong, necessitating driving back to get itreplaced. The food is cold. The guac is brown. Several times the wait was at over 45 minutes, and once an hour and fifteenminutes. There was only 1 hardworking young man at the front taking orders for a line of people. There was 1 fat girl just standing there... twirling receipt paper around her finger.
