Get there early on the weekend. The donuts are good and the service was quick, especially when compared to the length of the... line, but if you show up late the selection will be sparse. I got there at about 930 and about 1/2 of the donuts inside weregone, and by the time I left it was even less. If you want a choice beyond plain glazed, don't wait to get there. Read more
Associate Kenny was awesome. I bought my 3 kids in today they range from 14 to 6 years of age. And he interacted with them... asking what kind of donuts they wanted and didn't rush them. Read more
Went to Duncan Donuts in Derby and when I got home had all 4 of our chocolate long Johns sandwich together. Called to recommend... they put long Johns in a small box at which time I was told they are not allowed to do that, that we the customer must requestfor them to do it they are not allowed to make that decision for themselves. As a paying customer I should not have to requestthey package donuts correctly; common sense should tell anyone with all the frosting they should be package laying flat. Read more
Usually don?t have a problem but I got a caramel iced coffee add cream and sugar and they gave me caramel milk with a whisper of... coffee and a half of cup of sugar at the bottom. Idk who made the coffee today but definitely don?t have them do it again Read more
Avocado bacon toast it good, but overrated. At $3.49, hardly satisfying. With excess amount of sodium from whatever is added,... and then the 3 small bits of bacon, definitely not a good value. Coffee is still delicious. Can definitely tell high schoolstudents are working. Observed casual goofing off and a waste of munchkins. Been several months since I've been here.Unfortunately, looks like nothing has changed. Floors are dirty and a lack regular general upkeep and minimal maintenance isgoing to cost this franchise $$. Nice and still has the brand new store smell. Staff is super nice and well kept well effiecent when we got here and was alittle... busy. The breakfest sandwiches are awsome and super cheap. Got munchkins as well super fresh dounts. Only thing that i wassuprise they didnt have was a changing table in the restroom for the little one. Otherwise great store. Read more
