The customer service at this location has gone way down hill for the last year!!! I've tried to call twice on 2 sperate... occasions and the 1st one I called about 10 times and it seemed like I was hung up on twice; i went in to order and let themknow that i wasnt able to get through and that it seemed like someone hung up on me, the girl looked like she didnt care at alland the 2nd time I called, the phone was completely disconnected. I go in and order they ended looking and someone had unpluggedthe phone from the wall and the manager was incredibly rude; giving unnecessary attitude! I hate giving bad reviews but I'm donewith this location will NOT be going back! Some people like to call a head of time to have their order ready when they getthere! Friday night at 5:30pm, waited in the drive thru line for over 25 minutes, finally got to the window and nobody was there. A... little while later one worker finally came to the window and said that it would be a 45 minute wait for a single hot-n-readypepperoni pizza (honestly I can?t remember the last time they actually had an available hot-n-ready ????)!! I told her that wascrazy but could tell she was trying her hardest to run the whole place by herself. I drove off around the building and saw 2other teenage workers hiding outside smoking (both clearly under age 21). I still had my window rolled down and said ?So that?swhy the pizza is taking so long, you guys need to go help your friend in there!? The black worker then threatened me asking if Iwanted to step out of the car and fight, and then proceeded to chase my car out of the parking lot!!!! I ordered pizza here on Friday June 10, 2022! The photos below show how I received my pizza and that the one person working in... this little ceasars did not care what the pizza looked like once we received it! Also he was the only person working and he wasthrowing dishes in the back, and very rude to all the costumers coming in and including me. This is very unprofessional and ourcheese sticks were hard as a rock and the cheese was burnt on them and some of the pizza as well! I do not recommend orderingpizza here unless you want to receive unprofessional attitude and burnt pizza! Read more
