A family member ordered catering from OG Derby for a memorial service on Saturday October 1, 2022. The food sent to our... residence was horrible. The lasagna was swimming in liquid and burnt on the top. The breadsticks were rock hard. The Fettuccinewas jelled and cold. The person they sent did not bring table service, we looked and it was on the receipt. She did not know howto set up chaffing dishes, so we did it ourselves, which was not a problem, I felt so sorry for her. The manager totally goofedher over by sending her alone. She apologized and said we had a 3000 catering job……essentially saying y’all’s was notvery important to us so you got the new kid and bottom of the barrel on food. They have lost my business……….. It was fantastic light on people at least the time I went it was kinda peaceful I went to eat as a small family dinner and my... food was also fresh and wonderful I got the chicken Alfredo. The food was great, but our server was not the best. She was not very pleasant, didn't come check on us until we were done... eating and our cups were empty. She didn't refill our bread sticks or salad until after they brought out our meals. The mealswere great though. Read more
We were seated immediately & while our server was quick with our beverages, we waited longer than we liked for our appetizers &... salads. The meals were slow to come out, but hot & tasted excellent, & the strawberry cream cake dessert was wonderful. Severalservers offered us refills after our meal while we waited for another party to meet us. Overall, a good experience. Read more
