Ordered on the app and it said it would be done at a certain time. Showed up at the time and the said they hadn't even started... it yet. So we waited an additional 25 - 30 minutes until we got our food. They also forgot the dipping sauces that we paidfor. Would not recommend. Read more
I called to order pizza tonight and haven't eaten Papa John's in a while. I was VERY UNPLEASANTLY surprised when someone from... the Phillipenes that barely spoke English took my order. She tried forcing me to add 2 liters, cheese bread sticks to the order.So I asked "how many comes in an order." It took her over two minutes to look it up .. No more Papa John's for me and my family! If you don't visit this place during the day, beware that the Papa John's sign doesn't light up at night. Also, there is... typically an epic wait time associated with this location. The pizza is what you'd expect from PJ's, but it will take youforever to get it (regardless of whether it's carryout or delivery). The employees are nice, but it's fast food that isn'tremotely fast.
