I've ordered pizza, cheese sticks and wings at different times. Pizza was nasty. Cheese sticks were overcooked and not worth the... money. The wings only had a minimum amount of sauce on them and didn't even cover the wings. I won't be ordering anything elsefrom this place in the future. Read more
Pizza was okay, too much sauce or not enough cheese. Most of the pizza was good. We dined in early lunch after 1100. Night... shift left dirty tables. Restaurant smells like old grease. Blinds were all closed and part of dining room looked like a storeroom with lots of pizza boxes. Staff was trying but focus was more on carry out. Read more

The ?no? word is used very frequent. As if it?s something that I wanted to be said. Salad was served with dipping sauce. And the... menu said 2 pickles. But really they sliced a sliver off of a whole pickle quarter to make ?two-pickles?. Read more
Horrible experience! We ordered a large, thin half supreme, half beef and pepperoni. They delivered half supreme half cheese.... We called to ask them to fix the issue and suggested to just send out a small beef and pepperoni. They don?t have small but saidthey could send a medium. Sounds fine. Took forever to get to us. The driver called and couldn?t find us. Gave her directions,waited and waited. My husband called and she said she thought she found us. Waited and waited, called her again, no answer. Shefinally showed up with cold, cardboard pizza and they had sent the original pizza we ordered. ??????? Some people may thinkit?s great to get more pizza but we didn?t need it or want another half supreme. It?s just going to be thrown out. Read more
Quality of food of this place has really gone down hill. I just waited over 30 mins of my 75 mins wait time to only receive two... out of my 5 items. Pizza completely cold I nicely try to call back and get a refund and the manager is trying to be difficultand only trying to give me store credit when I?ve been waiting for ever for my food not even to get it all. Overall, we were satisfied with the pizza and cinnabon cinnamon rolls. What I did not like was I ordered online for my order to... be delivered at 12:15pm. I received a text at 11:30 telling me that my order was out for delivery!!! The order arrived at11:45!!! I called and told them that I did not want my order until 12:15pm so that the pizza would be hot for when my companyarrived. I even printed off my order showing the specified delivery time and gave it to the delivery person so that the personI spoke to at Pizza Hut would see that I was telling her the truth!! She acted as if I was lying because of the way my onlineorder was received there!!!! I do not lie!! I was delighted to find a dine-in Pizza Hut! And the cheesy Alfredo was great. I will be going back often!
