Newly built restaurant, but still extremely slow service. This has been the problem long before it was rebuilt. I had... aspirations that once it was rebuilt they'd come outta it with a faster service time, but unfortunately the reality is aresounding NO! If dining there expect to spend 2 -3 x's as long in the drive-thru line vs other fast food restaurants. They have(2) drive-thru ordering station, since their rebuild, but unsure why that is beings they can't keep-up with just the one, beforethey rebuilt & that hasn't changed since the rebuilt.... Absolutely worst Wendy's been to. The fries were freezing cold. I ordered 6 regular nuggets but I received 5 spicy nuggets,... didn't even get the full order of nuggets and they were the wrong ones. Waited 15 minutes on food and everything came outfreezing cold, makes no sense. Read more
Won?t be going back to this one. Fries were raw, frosties were melted and burger was cold. Save your money and go somewhere that... serves fresh food. This place needs new management and people that can actually make food that is edible. ???? Read more
Two separate visits, they tell me to pull forward and then make me wait over 10 minutes for the food. I had to go in both times... which they them promptly had the order over. This shouldn't occur once, but definitely, not twice. Read more
Placed order on mobile app. Showed up to pick up in drive through. Was given 4 of the five drinks I ordered. I didn?t say... anything at first because I wanted to go on the app to make sure I didn?t make a mistake. Was asked to pull up while my orderwas prepared. 15 mins later a young lady brought the food out. I asked about my 5th drink. She brings me back a drink(whichturns out it wasn?t anything I ordered). I get home 4 of the five meals I ordered had major mistakes and cold and soggy fries. I love Wendy?s food but this location needs huge customer service improvements and a great deal of attention to detail. Read more
I had made an order over and hour before closing through door dash. This restaurant accepted the order and stated they were... preparing it. When the driver arrived no one would answer the drive thu and the staff all just stood there and looked at himseveral times. I attempted to contact them 30 min before they are to close and no one would pick up the phone. This experiencewas just disappointing and absolutely insane for a fast food place that had plenty of time and means to either accept the order,or deny it, cancel it, and at least be respectful enough of the drivers time and attempt to at least get a response at thewindow from them. Love love the morning staff and am thrilled with the choices of soda that are available! Sprite zero, Orange Zero, Ginger ale... Zero and the list goes on. I have always liked the burgers, salads and now the breakfast menu. The staff is AMAZING and sopersonable. Thank you Wendy's for all the flavors... Read more
Food was fresh, hot fries, delicious burger. A little on the slow side but the fresh food always makes up for it.
