Personally my experience wasn't too terrible although I came when it was less busy.

All customers were commenting on how unhappy the employees were. Heard a few "f" words from one of the employees along with... complaints on what people were ordering through the drive thru. Food was fresh, just a little unpleasant atmosphere. Theworkforce is in a tough place right now, but if you work where your customers can hear you at least be respectful of others. Read more

Worst ever! Ordered a small caramel ice cap on my way home and got a cup with what looked and tasted like chocolate milk. Not... iced or frozen at all and around 2 hours later I ended up with stomach cramps that were awful. Ended up throwing out at least1/2 of it and I?m so glad they are not in my state! Coffee is meh, service is always awful, but the muffins and donuts are good. If only they can give you the right ones. I mean,... you're getting$17/hour. I want $17/hour of quality service. Only Tim?s I go to. The Food is always poppin and the Baristas are always friendly/polite. Great coffee.
