Don't order online! I arrived, and only part of my order was filled. They left out the 6 donuts I ordered. I finally flagged... someone down to tell that I ordered online and the donuts were missing. She just tells me to walk over to the counter to placethe order. I feel stupid because I have to cut the line and explain everything all over again. Nothing accommodating about thestaff. What 's the purpose of ordering online and you then have reorder at the counter. The only reason for a two star reviewwas because the food was good. Read more
The way I get treated there is absolutely disgusting. I?ve been going there for a little while now. My coffee is never right... and I always get treated with disrespect. Customer service was fine, the server even asked me if I needed a napkin after the lid didn't fit and spilled on my lap. This is... not intended to be a bad review.. but, I asked for an extra large , extra extra. It was still boiling hot and very dark, andabsolutely no sugar. I understand it could have possibly been the sugar dispensing machine. I know other stores that have hadissues with that. Terrible. Absolutely terrible. Waited 15 mins for a singular coffee. Was late to work. One employee was checking her cell phone... whilst leaning on the counter while an hour there was bagging future food. These are probably not a priority when you haveirritated, unsatisfied, and now late customers. Read more
Worst Dunkin I've ever been to. Staff seems to be exclusively rude and incompetent 15 year olds. Waited over 20 minutes in the... drive-through only to get to the window and find they had the wrong order waiting for me. Took them over 10 minutes more to getthe right order to me and all it was was a hot black coffee with sugar. And they even managed to screw that up by giving me ablack coffee with no sugar. Rarely get my order right. Never smile. Definitely drive thru is their priority. Very unhappy crew and poorly trained on... customer service. It's a shame because I like the coffee and it's a convenient location. Read more
