Overrated establishment. Horrible service from the all three waitresses who basically ignored me and my two year old daughter... the vast majority of our time there. The fried pickles were soggy and the main order was not worth the wait. Asked for a drinkfor us 4 times and nothing. It took another individual patron to identify the problem and address it. I didn?t immediately writethis review after dinner but instead waited. I wanted to be as pragmatic as possible and try to find a reason for the waitressesbehavior. My husband and I had dinner here and we were highly impressed. The flavor of everything was fantastic, portions were more than... enough, and the atmosphere was perfect. Our server, TC, was on top of his game and made sure we had everything we needed. I willrecommend this place to family and friends. Ask for TC, you won't be disappointed Read more
Drove over from TeXaS today to visit a plant nursery & stumbled upon Cecil?s. Atmosphere was great!! Cheese sticks were to die... for & the steak was one of the best we?ve had in a long time. Give them a try!! Read more
Came for lunch after passing by sooo many times thinking ?gonna have to try one day?. Someone recommended the roast beef poboy... and they were right! Fresh bun, lots of good roast beef and we got gravy on side instead of on sandwich- to DIP IN ????????. Hadthe sweet potato fries- waffle cut with cinnamon sugar geeeez. Got a chance to try some local cuisine and it was exceptionally good. Sat inside to have a drink and soak up the vibe. Didnt get... to eat immediately but it was still hella good and and the portions were on point. I got the crawfish and shrimp w/ fries andjambalaya. Will definitely try again. Read more
I'm from out of town and recommended by the locals to travel for work. AMAZING place and atmosphere. I ordered the shrimp and... grit cake, DELICIOUS! I had Jambalaya and Gumbo for my lunch. I enjoyed it and loved it. Not too salty nor spicy. It was good
