It's Taco Bell..... You'll order what you want.... They'll give you something they want.... You'll drive all the way home before... realizing it.... You'll drive back and complain... They'll fix it.... probably... You'll both tell yourselves "Never again"....Yet here we are.... In all seriousness they do get it right about 82% of the time.... Today was the absolute WORST drive thru experience of my life at this Taco Bell. Emily, the MANAGER, was beyond rude from start... to finish in drive thru. Our order was incorrect multiple times. After spending 30$ and ordering a second time/ticket we STILLdid NOT have our complete order. I called to speak to a manager and found out EMILY IS the manager. She proceeded to argue withme more and make the situation worse. I'd rather cook at home than pay to be treated rudely! It was obvious this lady had zerorespect for her job or her customers.
