Just did a drive thru and it was a horrible experience. The person working the front of the restaurant and drive through was... rude by action not words. She looked at me with a face that said ?I hope you die!? She never uttered a word. When I asked forzesty sauce to go with my onion rings, she gave them to me wordlessly with that horrid look. I got home and the bread on myfish sandwich was hard and stale and the fish was cold. ONG why are they in business? Read more

Stopped in Sunday afternoon purchased 4 meals. Something in the Bacon Cheese burger made one of us sick halfway through the... sandwich. When we got home that person was throwing up and was sick for two days. All the rest of us had a fairly good sandwichbut all the fries were cold inside and the root beers were undrinkable. The store was closed and the drive through was the onlything open. The person working was very polite and I'm sure working hard. Just saying what happened if that helps anyone. Read more
Had 2 orders completely messed up. They have no working phone so I had no one to get in contact with. Left a review on the BK... website and requested I be contacted. Its been 2 months and no one has contacted me. I am never going to this location again.Terrible. Just terrible. Read more
Horrible. I ordered a fish sandwich and fries. I waited 5 minutes at the window and was then told to go park and they'd bring it... to me. I finally got my food another 5 minutes later, reached in to grab a fry and they were ice cold. Oh well, drove to thepark to eat my food and they had given me a chicken sandwich instead of the fish sandwich I waited 10 minutes for. Grrrrr. I'llnever go to this franchise again, it's not as if they were especially polite or sorry about the wait. Read more
Make sure you check you order before leaving. The chicken nuggets were cold. The burger was cold and they dis not give me fries... with my order. 99% of the tone they only have one person working there. Not sure how they are still open. Read more
First off they locked the main doors and I think this was to make customers get back in their car and go to drive up (but I did... find that the small door on the side was open)because when I went up to the counter the person looked at me like I was notsupposed to be there at 12:45 pm for lunch. Walks away without talking and comes back and says what do you want? Put my order inand when it was done sitting on the back counter it just about stuck it?s face fully in my bag then rolled it up and literallythrew it on the counter and walked away. This person should not be dealing with customers at all. I will never go back there.While sitting in the parking lot I seen 3 elderly customers walk up and try to get in but they could not get in so they droveaway. Read more
