Eddy is a pure genius when it comes to food let alone building a kitchen in a trailer haha! He is very personable and tries... really hard to connect to his customers weather it?s your first time in or you go every Sunday and he can recognize yourtruck?lol. Best breakfast sandwiches I?ve found in the area, hands down. Fresh ingredients, thoughtful combinations, and a whole lot of... flavor (for a reasonable price!). Coffee is great as well.
