Bar for the best bar downtown. And might I add the cleanest. Finally a bar that I can actually go to the bathroom at without... stepping through puke and.. ya know. Haha. Great music and great staff. They're always so much fun! 3 different levels to partyon with different music on each almost makes it seem like you can hit multiple bars without even leaving! Love this bar forsure. Read more
I'd never visited this bar previously, but I definitely thought the bar gave quite a presentation. For as busy as this bar gets,... the place was clean. All visible surfaces had a shine to them, showing that the owner/management definitely places a lot ofattention on making sure they operate a clean establishment. The bar staff was friendly, polite, and ensured everyone was takencare of. Orders were placed and filled promptly and with professionalism. The drinks were well made, and generous inproportion. The DJ booth really shined. The individuals running the booth knew how to interact with the crowd, new how to keepthings fun and interactive, and it really showed that they understood thier customers. If you are looking for a club style barin Des Moines Court Avenue district, I would definitely add this bar to your places to visit. Read more
FUNNNNNN!!!! Best for young adults. Upstairs is very packed if you're into that. Otherwise there's usually less people on the... first floor. Great place to dance and go out with friends. Amazing security. Read more
Bouncers are racist, drinks decent at best, 90% country music 10% Random BS, I got kicked out of the bar for confronting a drunk... person to relax and the bouncers kicked me out without even asking what happened. Only good thing about this bar is that theyhave a pool table that isn?t wrecked, but so does every other bar in Des Moines. Read more
"A Prejudice Bar" - ANDREW J WHITE, educate your security in customer service and etiquette. I will never go this bar again... and I will discourage everyone I know to skip this stop downtown. This establishment is highly prejudice. I am a banker by dayand motorcycle enthusiast by night. I was harassed and refused entrance with a large group due to my Harley Davidson leatherattire. I am not a part of any club, gang, riders group, or team nor did my attire indicate such. In fact, I was the only 2wheels guy in my group that night. I was both embarrassed and disgusted as I have been to this bar a lot with friends before.The doorman harassed me to hand over my vest which was not only rude and intimidating, but also highly insulting. I haveseveral attorney friends I do business with that would enjoy a case like this. Why should I NOT contact them with my story? Ihave several witnesses and court evidence would be easy to obtain with another "audio recorded attempt" to go into this bar withany motorcycle attire. Read more
DO NOT GO HERE. they are literally the only bar on Court Ave. that charges a cover for Bachelorette parties. The bouncers kept... telling me to find "Jason " instead. Big mistake. Read more
