My nine year old son chose Americana for his birthday dinner. He requested a second floor table. The manager asked if we wanted... to move since there were several big parties upstairs. We chose to stay upstairs to honor the birthday boy's request. It wasbusy, but didn't disrupt dinner. I had the butternut squash risotto...perfect dish for the end of summer! The kids loved theburgers and fries, and the brisket nachos were a hit too. Despite being slammed with several large parties, we weren'tforgotten. Went with a work group, had about 20 of us. The staff was friendly and responsive. Took our orders quickly and returned with... our drinks just as quick. Had the Old Fashioned, which was spot on, and the Cajun Chicken Gnocchi, not as spicy as I'd wouldhave liked, but still very tasty. Read more

Came in for brunch with a big group (8 adults & 5 kids). Had a reservation and was able to get seated in the upstairs quickly. ... The brunch buffet and bottomless drinks option is very cool. The food was good and there were lots and lots of choices. Thebuild your own bloody Mary or mimosa was cool and they had tons of add in options. Everyone was able to find something theyliked and we all left stuffed! The restaurant was spacious and the regular menu looked great. I'd happily come back to trymore of it. Read more

I’ve had lunch a few times at Americana but this was a first time having dinner. Prime rib was great. Not the best I’ve... ever had, but really good. Key lime bites were bomb too. 5 star given for actually having decent Non-Alcoholic options aswell. Also had a NA Grapefruit Tonic that was really good. Beautiful dining area, great location. Friendly staff. Delicious food. I rated it low because The first time I got sick, and I... thought it was just me. I tried it again and my boyfriend and I both got sick. I was miserable throwing up. I have called andmentioned on 2 occasions and never heard back. I would love to be able to eat here again, but I haven’t heard of any changessince this issue. And of course they have gluten free options. Read more
We have always been impressed with this spot. We have only ever been for brunch and I would return again. Service was a little... slow at first but was fine once we got rolling. Our favorite dishes to eat on the brunch included the biscuits and gravy, cheesyhashbrowns, cinnamon rolls, chicken fingers, mac and cheese, tomatoe soup, and the grilled cheese station.
