The waitress staff wasn't the best I've seen, maybe they were busy with more tables than they can handle as they ate short... staffed. The young man who seated us was a laughable joke watching him clear tables. He was working on clearing two tables andmade about 6 trips back and forth to do so. And the waitress cleared all the dishes on 1 of the tables for him. Don't know whyhe didn't bring a tote out and clear them both at one time, maybe youth, no desire to work, or improper training. Then there wasthe cook, my wife ordered a club sandwich, turned out to be an okay BLT. There was no other meats on it. I ordered a Prime ribdip. It came out extremely well done, burnt on the edges. Prime rib should be medium rare, not well, well done. The fries werejust about warm when we got them. Also notice the waitress dropped a roll on the floor ( it happens) she went back to getanother one for the customer. She, the young boy, and another waitress walked past this roll about 4 times, never stopping topi k it up. When we left it was still there. To sum it up, we used to love to eat there, but this day was the worst meal I'veever had anywhere. The food in the Army was better than this place. We will never go back. We when there they first put us at a very small table then they finally moved us to a different table that was a better fit the... server was very helpful and nice he even told us he had a disability and he had a hard time hearing but his service was reallygood but the place was fairly busy and my burger didn't have any lettuce and my fries were cold but overall his service wasgood just didn't like the fact he gave everyone a receipt even my kids separately instead off one with everyone's food on itand it took a long time just to pay. He ended up adding the tickets together then I paid when he should off done that in thebeginning and gave me one ticket so I actually know the total instead of adding everyone's receipt separately. Service seems good, but it smells like mold really bad inside the restaurant. Edit: I went back a second time. I ordered a... steak with mash potatoes. My steak wasn?t cooked enough. There was enough mashed potatoes on my plate for 4 people. No joke. Andeverything was soaked and gross in butter or dirty water. I couldn?t tell. I spent $42 on the Ribeye with topping and the Wontonapp and couldn?t even eat the food. Kinda crazy where Applebees has gone. I?m not one to leave bad reviews. Or any reviewactually. But this was insanely bad. And once again it was hard to get a refil to wash the taste out of my mouth until thewaitress realized I was ready leave. She asked if I wanted another Pepsi to go. Also, I sat there for a few minutes with myfood before they brought me silverware and napkins and the napkins looked like they came from the bathroom dispenser. Read more

I have been ordering from this Applebee?s for sometime we went and ordered to go curbside for $42 a couple weeks ago it was over... 25 minutes late getting out to me when we get home the fries are cold we ordered the quesadillas one was supposed to be welldone and one was supposed to be medium so I checked them and this is what I found they are hard as a brick. We were looking for a quick bite to eat in a relaxed atmosphere. Bartender was cheerful and helpful, offered current specials... for food and drinks. Service was prompt and food arrived in a reasonable amount of time. Masks weren't required but customersself distanced themselves. Read more
