We were disappointed compared to our usual visits as our fries were cold but even worse was they forgot our chicken nuggets!... They did give them to us when we went back but it messed up the entire meal to say the least. Oh well, better luck next time Iguess! Read more
I did not catch his name but he was working the drive through tonight. I know we have been experiencing a lot lately and it hit... workers like these the most and they are always understaffed. This gentleman MADE OUR NIGHT. He was so witty and had very highspirits. It is fast food. I ordered a chicken bacon swiss sandwich & it had an incredibly small piece of chicken in it. It looked like it... had been pounded flat just to try to cover a portion of the bun. I'm sure this is a cost cutting move by corporate but it reallylowered the quality of the sandwich. My wife ordered a French dip & they gave her a cup of au jus that was less than 1/4 full.It was literally just a dribble. We had to go ask for more which they happily provided. The crinkle cut fries & sandwiches weretasty but the quality could definitely use improvement. Read more
