Very cool place, very nice vibes, great atmosphere. Great selection of food and drinks. Fried green tomatoes, bread basket and... meatloaf were all amazing. Drinks were very tasty and satisfying. We had a reservation and they seated us very quickly howeverservice was a little on the slow side. Their menu has so many options we will be back for more! Read more

Been here a couple times and I am always very happy with the food and service. The resturant has beautiful decor, the staff are... very friendly and attentive. I have tried a few dishes here and they never disappoint! I really enjoy the Bubba Breakfast forweekend brunch, the silver dollar pancakes are perfect! My husband always enjoys the amazing fried chicken here or chicken friedsteak. If you are looking for a relaxed yet sophisticated meal this is your place. Read more

Had a fantastic dinner last night our first time at Bubba. All the cocktails were well balanced, and all of the food was... prepared perfectly. The fried chicken was delicious, and we opted for the hot honey sauce which added a sweet heat. Shrimp andgrits were delicious, as were the sides of collard greens and the Mac and cheese. For appetizers we ordered the fried greentomatoes and the deviled eggs and enjoyed both. Definitely recommend this place and will plan to come back! Read more

Overall a good experience. Most favorite part of the meal was the mashed potato and brussel sprouts! The fries were good but a... little salty so I couldn’t finish. The seafood grits dish is very tasty, just wished it came out hotter Read more

This was a fantastic experience! I got the blackened catfish skillet and my girlfriend got fried chicken. They were both... prepared great and tasted amazing. The portions were just about perfect. Neither of us finished our plates. I also got theirchocolate mint julep which was great. Read more

I've been struggling to write this review because I really wanted to love this place, but I didn't. I try to be really... transparent with my reviews and if I'm being honest I thought the food here was really bland. I feel like this is whatnortherners think southern comfort food is. You can do a lot of things to an original dish to make shine brighter for arestaurant but I honestly feel like they took all of the magic and comfort out of the comfort food. The cocktails on the otherhand were amazing. Nothing wrong with the ingenuity there. Our server seemed like he was the only one working in the whole placebut he was still extremely attentive with the 4 tables in just our section. Who knows how many more he had on the other side. The layout and decor are also infinitely beautiful. If you want a pretty place without a care about the food then Bubba willserve you well. I'll only be back for the drinks from now on. Read more

We stopped in and had brunch on a very busy Saturday afternoon around 1:20pm. No open tables but the bar was open to sit. Fast... friendly service considering how busy it was. Price was very good for the quality of food. Honestly expected the prices to behigher. Read more

Overall, it was a really good experience. The ambience is really nice, and our server was great. The food was good, not... exceptional. We got fried green tomatoes as our appetizer. They were under-seasoned, and there wasn't enough remoulade fordipping...I'd probably give it a 6/10. For entrees, we got the fried chicken and waffles, catfish (fried) skillet and a coupleof sides (grits + mac & cheese). The grits and mac were really good. The fried chicken was not anything amazing, and lackedseasoning. The cat fish skillet overall was really tasty, but like the fried chicken, it was under-seasoned. So overall, lackedon some execution and basics, but was still good. Read more
