Service was terrible. Bartender chit-chatted with friends and sat on phone at the bar while drinking Starbucks as our server was... helping all the other tables. Drinks would be made after several minutes despite no one at the bar and then placed in serverstation getting warm while our server was busy so the bartender could quickly get back to friends. Cooks are high and the staffacts ghetto. We won?t be back. Go some place better. Read more
Not to be a Karen but my boyfriend and I?s experience was not good. When we walked in we were met by an older man who I assume... to be the manager by his dress, he never looked up at as just said welcome and sat us. Our waitress (who was a bigger girl withred hair in a bun, sunglasses on her head, tattoos and piercings) started off super nice. We placed our order and only one groupof men were there when we were seated. In the hour and fifteen minute time frame it took for us to get our food, 3 groups wereseated, got their food and two even checked out before we had our food. She came over and asked if we were doing alright by thetime we were finished and had our napkins on our plates so I asked for the check. It took her ten minutes to get our checkbecause she was over at a booth were her coworkers horsing around and going on their phones when it would?ve taken five secondsto print our recipe, check us out and then do whatever you want. Very disappointing. Very short staffed. What staff was there was mostly professional and polite but there was about half of what... there should be. I ordered online, was 5 mins late and waited a half hour. Wait times should be accurate on the web and app.Further, the food was cold and order was wrong. This locations seems to continuously struggle as it was dead and slow last timewe were here as well. And to top it off, when I made numerous attempts to report this on the app, the app crashed with nowarning forcing me to start over. Read more
Despite not being that busy, it still took us roughly 20 minutes to get a drink. While waiting for our food, they delivered the... wrong food to other customers that arrived after we did. When we did finally get our food, I was disappointed for the most part.The fries were possibly the worst I've ever had. Stale, cardboard n flavorless. The margarita which was my first ever tastednasty. The only thing I enjoyed was the boneless wings I got even if they gave me the wrong amount. This place needs to step itup. Even the booth we sat at was completely not connected and almost fell apart when we got up to leave. Not a good 1st visitto this place. 2nd time here and they didn't have any Buffalo sauce on my boneless wings. The waiters were absent minded. Theydelivered sauces we didn't ask for. Arrived at 11:30. Only one other table occupied. Staff all running around but no one noticed me. Finally got seated and then... left for another 15 minutes. GM came and took order. Nice guy. I ordered traditional wings with fries. Thai curry for my sauce.Seemed like a long time coming with the food, too. Food was fine. I appreciated the extra plate for my bones. No one broughtticket. I finally went up to the counter after a LONG time of being done eating. Cashier said he couldn't check me out withoutticket. Flagged down a server and she got me rung up. Lunch cost $12- which included a 15% tip. Even with subpar service, Ifeel like a creep not tipping. IDK. For average food, there are hundreds of places I would go before choosing BWW again. Ofcourse, they have wonderful coverage of sports with TVs everywhere. And something like 20 sauces to choose for the wings. Didn'twant to take away from some good things. I have never seen a Buffalo Wild Wings in this condition. From the time we got to the restaurant it was so poorly managed. I... have worked in the restaurant business for many years from being a waitress to a bartender. The manager was awful. The barwas filthy with hundreds of glasses and dirty dishes stacked on the bar. Patrons were having to bus their own tables and go tothe bar to ask for a drink. If I was someone sitting at the bar I would have been furious. The bartender was running herselfto death waiting on tables and trying to manage the bar. There is zero excuse for this-you are a chain restaurant and need tobe professional like one. I will take my business to a mom and pop establishment who cares about my business from here on out. Read more
Ordered the boneless honey bbq wings... Let me tell you the sauce is amazing and so juicy! And im very picky with BBQ sauce.... Nicole was our server very attentive and informative. Kept our sodas full. Not long of a wait from ordering food to getting it.Also had a tall Wild herd beer, very good! From a very picky person, Buffalo Wild Wings is top notch!! Read more
Decent food, nothing special. I got the chicken tacos with chips and quac. For two people our meals took 20 minutes or more to... get and there was no lunch rush. It was interesting the waitress brought me my chicken tacos and we had to wait another 5 to 8minutes for my friend to get his meal? probably not a place I would vote to go back soon. Read more
