Every Saturday morning on the way to work I treat myself to BK. $8.11 for a large number 8. Large drink, ham/egg/cheese... croissant, hash rounds. Quick service at the drive through. I have to add that the employees at the drive through window areSPECTACULAR. So friendly and upbeat. Every single time at this location. The food is fine, it's a reasonable price, plenty tochoose from......but I go back for the staff. Seriously bring a smile no matter how long I have to wait, or what kind of mood Iam in. Easily the best Burger King I've patronized. A regular stop for me. These guys know what they're doing. Fast friendly service.... Quality fresh food. Attentive and engaged staff. Clean facilities. Clearly a local favorite. Read more
It's average food. Priced way way too high. $5 for 2 (very) small fries. Ridiculous. It cost $18 to feed two people. Could have... got pizza or tacos. It would have been better and it would have been cheaper. Read more
Terrible, they forgot my sauce. So had to drive back and go in. The drive through lady gave me a dirty look and the dude... standing there was doing nothing. The hispanic lady up front was super helpful in providing me with what I needed and she hadexcellent customer service. Some of the other workers should take note. Read more
Nobody knows how to ring up coupons. Had 3 coupons that I have all the time. Some how came up almost $10 more than should be.... Coupons were $5.49, $4.99, and $3.99 with adding bacon $1.20 adding cheese to 2 sandwiches $1.60. They tried charging 2/$6 andadding $2.97 for fries. Almost $28. I called them out and they did not like that. Then it was $21. I explained I usually pay$18. They tried explaining adding extra and I told them I do it all the time. Whatever, they can't even get the order correct.Didn't get 1 fry, 1 sandwich had cheese added that wasn't supposed to and the other was absolutely plain. 2 other sandwiches hadbacon added when wasn't supposed. In no way did the order or recipe say any of this. It is not hard to pay attention to detailsand what the customers are saying. If you can't do this... Mayne customer service jobs are not for you! Very polite person on the intercom. Pulled up to the window and they gave me an estimated time for fresh fries. The person... working the window carried friendly conversation while I waited. Above and beyond service, even if it were not a drive thru. Read more
Ate lunch with my daughter here today and Charlie was so kind and full of positive energy! A homeless man came in without a... shirt and Charlie gave him one from the back. Such a nice man. Burger King is really lucky to have him! Read more
The man who works the drive-thru on the weekend mornings is an absolute joy. Food is usually fresh, I have never been... dissatisfied in that regard. It's a Burger King. What more can I say? Read more
