I wanted to give 5 stars, though you deserve it after you improve the customer skills slightly. Otherwise, I most usually get... what I ask for! They can be pretty amazing if they want to be, I say the Fleur BK is back again, almost, but I'll take it. Itcan take a few minutes to get tgibgs out, but I understand your lack of staff issues and so long as the food arrives hot nfresh--that's all that matters! A pretty good experience here overall, great job guys ???? Update: Changed a 4-star review to a1-star, because you hired a punk who wants money and not have to work. Went back to get food and the little punk up in frontthought she'd be a rebel to me by putting cold, limp starchy and salty fries in my bag when I asked for them without salt.Apparently she didn't want to bother. Me and my bf were super hungry and I had a long day at work that day. Also, legally youHAVE TO give a person those fries without salt when asked. If I'm allergic to onions are you still going to put them on mysandwich?? What a little B. We have given this place plenty of chances since it opened. We try going back every couple of months. But they still have not... ONCE completed our order correctly. Also everyone there seems miserable. I got angrily cut off in the drive thru today becausethey messed up that person's order too. After that, I'm done. I'll never wait 20+ min for FAST food again, thanks. Read more
Counter staff was amazing yesterday running between the counter and the window all by herself while the kitchen ppl just sat... there and the manager had interviews at lunch hour, which doesn't sound like the best idea. I ended up purchasing the originalchicken sandwich meal and was handed a soggy sandwich that has my stomach in knots as I leave this review. The service in the drive-through was excellent. The person who took my order and the person who handed it out to me were both... great. My sandwich was good but the onion rings were terrible. They were old and very overcooked and there were only 6 in mybox. For $11+ for my single meal, I expected more and better onion rings. Could have been a five-star experience if the onionrings weren't gross. Read more
We always get good fast service at this location on Fleur dr. Dsm, IA. Sometimes the food is wrong; forget my cheese, supposed... to be only ketchup, ect. one time we had chix sandwiches that were terrible, but that happens in fast food, most ofteneverything is fine, good. They are also nice about fixing problems. You get good deals cheap prices with their online app,rewards program. Read more
