First off this place is dirty. I order a sausage sandwich with no egg they open a already setting out sandwich and pulled the... egg off and re- wrapped it. People love to dog on this location, but when you just want what fast food was meant to be, this place delivers. 10 something... until close through the drive-thru? This location has great employees and good food. You want good roads and parking lots? Moveto West Des Moines. I love this BK after the bar. It's a guilty pleasure that justifies itself every time. Food wasn't hot, floor was dirty, and the person making the food wasn't wearing gloves. The managers where talking to each other... in the lobby one of the hire ups was just sitting there not doing anything. The place hot no one was cleaning table a off. Read more
This burgerking was the worst one I have ever been to. It stated that the lobby closed at 10pm but when my husband and I stopped... at 8:16pm the lobby was already closed so we went to drive through. They were out of chicken and then we had to wait in drivethrough for over 25 min when we were the only ones there. When we received our food the fries were cold and the onion rings werehard as a rock (every one of them) ad well as cold. The sandwiches were slopped together. Overall it was terrible! Read more
This Burger King ???? was awful. To start with, the company obviously does not care about their customers safety in my own... opinion. The parking lot is in very poor disarray, with huge pot holes and missing black top. It's not just one little sectionin the parking lot ,but across the whole parking lot but extends into the handicap parking as well. So if you are an unstablewhen you walk you should use the drive through. Second the inside of this store is filthy. The floor is sticky and the dirt iscaked on realy thick and looks like it hasn't been properly cleaned in a while. Some of the staff look and act sick which isconcerning considering our current pandemic. The food seams to be the same quality that you would expect from Burger King ????,and the manager there was nice which is a plus ?? but... he told his employee that the pandemic was just a flu accordingly toour governor and she should continue working with a runny nose in font of us. Now although he was nice to us and the the otherpatrons niceties does not make up for a filthy establishment or the dose of his personal opinion. Read more
