I've worked at a business near this location for a few years. During their busiest time of day (11:30 - 12:30), they will deploy... a cunning strategy to slow the flow of customers to make their jobs easier. Knowing very well that only two vehicles can fitbehind the vehicle currently at the space for ordering, they will make this vehicle wait for however long they wish beforetaking their order while they complete orders at the window and the line moves forward. They know that other customers will notqueue in line because there is simply no space to do so. I frequent this location during lunchtime and have experienced thistwice to myself and witnessed many times it has been done to other customers. I have no issues with the quality of food but thispractice of purposely slowing the flow of customers is reprehensible. Read more

The employees were untrained, and unprofessional. Never should argue with a customer as well and the management who worked this... day at 6pm should never leave a new person on the register who dose not know what he is doing, we were missing 4 items and theperson who came to talk to me wanted to argue while only fixing part of the issue and giving 2 items i needed back, there shouldbe a new training regiment, as i know the strugle as i have been and am a manager myself dealing with low staffing issues, it ishonestly kinda disappointing to know this store dose not care about their customers. Hunter shouldn't be working with people let a lone in a food industry. He has open wounds on his arms no gloves no mask nothing.... He didn't tell me my total grabbed the card out of my hand and didn't give me a receipt. He didn't bother to check the bags offood as he throws them out the window at you to the point I had to go back TWICE to get the right order. Food was good. Asked for a container and fork because I'm on keto and don't eat bread. The lady at the window said I should have... told her at the speaker and brings me a cup of lettuce. She didn't speak or understand good English. The guy did speak Englishand wasn't any help. I had to eat meat and toppings with my hand out of the wrapper. Was really messy in my car. Read more
Ewe!!! We stopped in for two of the king box meals one was a spicy chicken the other was a Whopper with cheese Both were cold,... and served in a pleasant manner, However the fingernails of the server looked like that if a Jiffy Lube worker. Restaurant wastidy and even the B bop customers enjoyed sitting outside in your tables using your napkins and ketchup that was nearly out. BTWthe coke coke machine was empty! Signage is pretty run down, my main concern is the completely raw chicken sandwich. Which they forgot to even give me in the... first place, as well as half of my drinks. I've never had anything but problems with this location (and typically all bks) and Iwill not be back. Wrong orders every single time is bad enough but raw chicken? No way. Read more
