The coffee was bitter and cold. The customer service was awful. I won't visit this Caribou again.
I did not go here it is just in Hy-Vee which I did go to.
They were very quick and helpful answering my questions.

Caribou coffee more like carib-whoooo coffee... Reminds me of kindergarten gym class and I was way under developed...
My sister and I needed a mid-afternnoon coffee break so we walked over to Caribou Coffee. They just put on a fresh pot to brew... and apologized for making us wait. The result was a delicious smooth cup of coffee. We sat in their comfortable leather chairsin front of the fireplace and chatted for a good hour. A great way to spend a quiet afternoon. Clean, spacious, quiet coffeeshop with outdoor seating and a conference room. My only complaint is they run the AC too much and it tends to be colder inside. Read more
If i could give this a zero star i would. The cashier was so unbelievably rude like me ordering a drink was inconvenient for... her. And the gentleman making the drink, made a medium when i ordered a large. Then argued with me that it was a large andwouldnt remake it. I will never waste my time or money here ever again. Read more
