Horrible delivery. We ordered at 8:40 pm and it originally said 50 mins for delivery which we were ok with waiting the 50 mins.... 50 mins go by and nothing, am hour and a half hours by and still nothing. After 4 calls to the restaurant and 2 hours of waitingwe finally got our food and it was mediocre at best. Read more

This place was horrible my friends and I got it thinking it would be good. They served me chemical tasting Chicken Fried Rice.... Both of my friends who ate the food have been throwing up all day. They cannot even make decent Chicken Fried Rice and it wasway too expensive for what we got. Read more
I ordered my food at 530pm, at 7pm I Called to make sure you had received my online order, I did not receive it 845PM. so 3... hours of waiting to finally receive my order. the food was ok but the portion sizes were greatly disappointing. due to having towait 3 hours for my food I will sadly not be ordering from Cheng's Garden again. i advise next time you make a customer wait anexorbitant amount of time at least inform them of the wait time so they can choose to cancel there order if they wanted to. Terrible delivery service. Ordered online said it would take 30 minutes. I thought that was pretty reasonable. Then after an... hour went by I called to check the status and they said the driver was "on the way". I understand food service takes a littlelonger, no big deal. Then another hour passed before my food showed up for my entire family, cold. Never ordering from thislocation again. Never had a problem with the SE 14th location. $45 worth of food delivered cold, plus I got lied to. I live 10minutes away from this location, shouldn't have taken an hour if the driver was on the way. What a shame. Read more
The two stars are due to the customer service which I have no complaints at all. She greeted me and was very helpful. The food... however for human beef was the worst I ever had. I'm not sure if I even had 1/4th of it. The beef was very rubbery and noflavor. The vegetables were very watery and no flavor. The egg drop soup was okay. Not amazing but not the worst egg drop soupI've had. Read more
I think Cheng's is probably the best Chinese food in this area - always tasty and always fresh. I am impressed by the... consistency in tastyness that comes from here, like it's the same every time I order. I recommend the garlic tofu or garlicsauce veggies - always awesome! The veggie fried rice is good, and they'll sub the egg for tofu instead. I normally pick up,but the times that I've gotten delivery it's been quick. The staff is very pleasant as well when I come in. Of course there isa bit of a language barrier but I always order online so it's pretty great! Read more
I called for delivery and the service was bad the person on the phone was trying to over charge me then directed me to the... website so i go to it order my food pay for it the he/she cancels my order afer moneys was taken out my account so now i have towait for my money to get returned on to my card i called they wont ans and im blocked....???? Bad additude bad business....never will i spend my money with these people again... Read more
