3rd time ordering and receiving SHOE LEATHER! Ordering extra cheese should provide a certain amount of moisture. Have they not... been freshly cooked? Took an HOUR in Quality Check. Seems to me like they were old frozen and reheated upon order. SERIOUSLY!AND THE PHONE NUMBER IS NOT IN SERVICE! Fishy stuff if you ask me. Every time I have ordered from this particular store, the order has been wrong, burnt and/or taste just awful. The staff are... friendly but don't know how to cook. I called one time to say I only received a half order of chicken with my delivery and thelady actually said ?Um I don't know that is what you are suppose to get?. If I could I wouldn't even give them 1 star, ordered our food at 11:50pm an didn't get our order until 1:20am our food was burnt... and cold I absolutely do not recommend this Domino's at all, called the store and asked where our order was and was told thatthere was only 1 driver delivering multiple orders, we will not be ordering from this Domino's again Read more
Pizza was delivered in a timely manner without the two litter bringing rating to a four. Delivery driver claimed would be back... with the two liter (store is straight down the street 3 blocks on the same side of the street). 20 min later (generouslybringing it to a 3) I called explained I had actually waited on the soda to enjoy our pizza night and was wondering when id bereceiving this soda. An in coming Manager then claimed it would be an additional 20 min before id get it. No apologies. No ?takeur money back and buzz off?, NOTHING! . Here i am another 30 min later. So normally when I order a pan pizza it's a pan pizza and not whatever that is thrown in a black box. To make matters worse when... I called about it I got the manager who is the one who made the pizza and began to tell me exactly how wrong I am and that thisthin crust abomination is actually a pan, then hung up on me. I called back, I got her again and she said "hold" nothing elsethen clicked off for another 10 minutes before I gave up again. I called back a final time just to offer the pizza back and giveme my money back. Her response "is there anything else you need that I'm not going to do" then hung up again. Mind you this wasmy pizza rewards so it was a free pizza I just had to pay the $1.50 for the pan upcharge and I still feel like I overpaid. I'dsay I'll never come back but the way things are done there that seems like what they're after so they don't actually have to doany real work. Read more
Let me start off by saying I ordered right before they closed which I prefer not to do, but I had selected the wrong... location. Upon arriving 6min until they close, I expected whoever was there to be upset especially since I arrived so late, (Iwork food service, so I understand) Instead, they woman working greeted me as i walked in and assured me it wasn't aproblem.(Which I appreciate) Not only was she nice, but I swear that pizza (even with me arriving 10m late) Was so hot andfresh, hands down best pizza I've had from Dominos, I'd be lying if I said i didn't eat half of it on the drive home.
