I did a mobile order waited 20 minutes in line, not a problem. Got to the window asked could they make sure my coffee was hot,... they stated it was fresh and hot. I left the line took a drink and it was Luke warm, my fault for leaving the line. I have myolder dementia mother and dog in the car, called the store and the manger said come back and we will make it I was trying totell him I couldn?t wait another 20 minutes in the line and couldn?t come in as I have my mother and dog but all I got out of mymouth was I can?t and he said if your going to be abusive I?m hanging up and then hung up. I called back and I kept saying can Italk he was the one that wouldn?t let anyone talk and kept screaming at me if your going to be abusive I?m calling the police.Can we say drama queen and play the victim here, I can?t believe a manger would be disrespectful!!!!!! I used to like this location, but for the last few years it's completely hit or miss whether they're open in the morning.... Stopped by at 5:45am, Google and Dunkin app says it's open, lights are off and drive through is blocked off. If you can't findpeople that care enough, then the problem is that you aren't paying them enough to care. Read more
Food is fine but don't stop if there are more then 3 cars in the drive thru. You will wind up waiting at least 20 minutes to get... your order. This has happened so many times I rarely stop anymore. Read more
I went into this Dunkin Donuts on East University Avenue Des Moines Iowa to pick up an Apple Fritter. The signs show that they... wanted $1.79. They charged me $1.89. I told him that was an overcharged based upon their stated price. They refused to give arefund and simply took my dollar 89 plus tax and gave me a apple fritter. I highly disagree that it was an Apple Fritter. Therewas practically no apples in it and it was so light and fluffy that you can hardly feel it in your hand. I think the product wasinferior. Service was inferior. They're charging more than what the sign says. I guess I'll head to HyVee next time. Read more
Has lights turned off at 6 am so people think they're closed. Wouldn't even turn on menu light when I requested since I couldn't... see to order. I'm shocked they won't turn the lights on. Read more

One word... yikes! We walked in and no one else was there, yet the entire dining room was filthy. Grease on the front door... handle, crumbs everywhere, greasy marks all over the place, unwashed tables and very dirty windows. Furniture looks bad too. Itwas pretty much all I could focus on the whole time we were in the place. Service was average, but my bacon croissants wereboth undercooked in a major way. Do yourself a favor and find a different Dunkin. Stay away from this one. Read more
The pleather chairs are falling apart, very ugly. 3 people working and had to wait even though it was just 2 of us.
