My husband and I were on our way to a different restaurant when we saw Fazolis. At the same time, we both mentioned that we had... always wanted to try it. We chuckled, then decided to give it a try, considering it "fate." I'll admit, we were a little learywhen we saw it was a fast food place. However, we were VERY pleasantly surprised. The food was absolutely delicious. The servicewas pleasant and our food was made quickly & correctly. It is a little pricey, but what place isn't? Plus the portions were verydecent for what you pay. My only regret was ordering a large drink. Their cups are HUGE and there was no way I could finish allof it. ???????? But I 10 out of 10 recommend giving them a try! So I ordered online $34 worth of food I go to pick it up, my extra Alfredo sauce was spilled in the bag, they left out my... mushrooms that I was charged extra to add as well as a piece of pizza I added to my meal, I went back and got the pizza sliceand they gave me fresh bread sticks but by time I got back home to eat my entire pasta meal was ice cold and not worth eating soI wasted $15 on my meal basically. It's not that the food wasn't good but perhaps if the employees weren't on their phones theycould focus on what's supposed to go out to the customer. I won't be returning any time soon. Read more
