My husband and I were on our way to a different restaurant when we saw Fazolis. At the same time, we both mentioned that we had... always wanted to try it. We chuckled, then decided to give it a try, considering it "fate." I'll admit, we were a little learywhen we saw it was a fast food place. However, we were VERY pleasantly surprised. The food was absolutely delicious. The servicewas pleasant and our food was made quickly & correctly. It is a little pricey, but what place isn't? Plus the portions were verydecent for what you pay. My only regret was ordering a large drink. Their cups are HUGE and there was no way I could finish allof it. ???????? But I 10 out of 10 recommend giving them a try! Don't be put off by the fact that it's fast food. We were sad wehadn't tried them sooner and will definitely be back! Read more

So I ordered online $34 worth of food I go to pick it up, my extra Alfredo sauce was spilled in the bag, they left out my... mushrooms that I was charged extra to add as well as a piece of pizza I added to my meal, I went back and got the pizza sliceand they gave me fresh bread sticks but by time I got back home to eat my entire pasta meal was ice cold and not worth eating soI wasted $15 on my meal basically. It's not that the food wasn't good but perhaps if the employees weren't on their phones theycould focus on what's supposed to go out to the customer. I won't be returning any time soon. Read more

Fazolis is always a good time. They got great beeadsticks whether there soft or a little crunchy. And the foods always good no... matter what you get. Food came quickly and the place was a little busy at that. Tried there new ravioli chicken meal for 10$ andwas well worth it. Read more
My wife and I stopped at the Des Moines Merle Hay Road Fazoli's today on our way to do some shopping. I had a bowl of spaghetti... with extra marinara sauce and my wife had the bowl of ravioli, along with a deliciously fresh salad we shared. Both meals weremore than generous in size, and both piping hot, as were the breadsticks. Our meals were totally off the charts in goodness. Oh,I nearly forgot to mention the three fabulous meatballs with my meal, The staff at this restaurant were all very friendly andhelpful. Judging by our experience today this appears to be a very well run restaurant. We were both stuffed and will for surebe returning, probably just as soon as we are hungry again. Read more
I got a grand sampler(spaghetti and meatballs, lasagna, chicken fettuccine, and ravioli) spaghetti was good, lasagna cheese in... the middle was not melted, ravioli was not cooked and tasted like glue, fettuccine was good but chicken was extremely dry.
