I ordered a Big Hardee and 2 other meals, but when I got home the Big Hardee was missing. I called the store & the male supposed... manager said, "It was an honest mistake. I did forget to place it in the bag. You can come back & we can make another one freshfor you, but that's all we can do." I asked if they could compensate me with a meal at least for the gas spent going there &back twice plus my time, and he said no. When I asked to speak to the manager today at 6pm, the male employee said that he wasthe manager. So I have no sandwich & received horrible customer service. Thanks Hardee's. Read more
The lettuce on my Star Burger was wilted and terrible
Showed up for breakfast at 10:20, ended up having to get lunch (because of the drive thru wait time) and didn't pull out of the... parking lot until 10:50. Pretty sure there is maybe only 1 or 2 people that work at this location. Read more
This place is really the only breakfast fast food that I like. But it's obvious the owners are CEOs don't pay employees enough... because they close at around 5:00 which is dinner time. Read more
Used to love Hardee's but not so much anymore. Just got a chicken biscuit and I was like where is the chicken. Take the top off... and there it was looked like a little chicken nugget. Read more
Portions are small for price. Over $19.00 for two meals. Hot ham and cheese & mushroom Swiss burger. Fries and onion rings are... kid sized! Read more
The food was great, the service was very bad.... The guy running the drive-thru seemed very confused. He asked me what I wanted... to drink three times, put the same order in twice, and thought that he had already given me my drink as he saw a McDonald's cupin my car. All of the above could be me being picky, but it makes me paranoid that I won't receive the correct order. Read more
Love the food, and the staff is awesome. I wish I could give them 5 stars, but the drive-thru is soooo sloooow sometimes.
