Worst Hy-vee market grille experience ever. Then I complain to the kitchen manager, Ashley; In a respectful way about how... terrible our experience was and she was rude. I am a manager at a restaurant and I would never talk to my costumers the way shedid me. It was not like I was rude or disrespectful in anyway to her. I didn't get an apology for how terrible it was. On top ofgetting nasty burnt burgers, we had waited over 30 minutes to recieve this food. I would not go back. Read more
