Fast service. Extensive menu. Amazing how different IHOPs are. The one on SE 14th is consistently good. Others in the area- not... so much. Spinach mushroom omelet and hasbrowns for this visit. Omelet was stuffed full of fresh ingredients. Very tasty. ThisIHOP is also the only one that gets my hashbrowns as crispy as I want! I eat breakfast here once a month as a treamyt, and italways delivers. This location does anyway. Typically spend $11-$15 on breakfast and leave a generous tip. Service always quickand friendly. I will give an extra shout out to both Patti and Christian. Each knock it out of the park for service when I amlucky enough to get a table in their section. Also, the Tres Leche pancakes should have their own place in food history theyare so good. Read more
The restaurant was clean and had a great vibe. Our waitress was awesome considering we had 15 people and didn't call ahead. The... food was okay but the portions seemed small and the food I ordered was a little hard like it was cooked a little long. Firstexperience at this location. I gave 3 stars because I've never had food anything less than great at other locations. Howeverbeings it was my first experience I would recommend it and would try it again. Tried ordering online, wouldn't take card said zip code didn't match card holders info. That's bs because this card has been... used multiple times including night before and never had problems. So I had to drive there and person at register was brand newon a busy Sunday morning, the manager tried telling me the order hadn't gone through and took order and said basically it's myfault the card didn't work and I need to contact bank. The strawberry banana protein pancakes are delicious! My spouse gets those and loves them. The split decision breakfast is my... favorite. 2 eggs (I get scrambled, but you do you), 2 bacon, 2 sausage links, 2 pancakes and 2 French toast. The coffee is ok,not the best but not the worst. They do offer creamer in regular and french vanilla flavor. Service is good and pricesreasonable. Read more
On the most recent vist, it was the fastest food has ever come out after ordering! It was 7 am on a Sunday. The waitress was... very nice and checked back frequently. Most tines this location is full, and there is always a wait for getting your food, evenif you order to pick or delivery. The staff seems to always be scrambling to get everything done. It is also congested withdelivery drivers when busy. The parking situation is a headache when busy. Read more
This was an awful experience. Our waitress was asked for an appetizer, which took over 20 minutes. We asked for napkins which... we never got. We all ordered steak tips (2 well done and one medium) and we received (2 medium and 1 well done). The worst wasthat we could not eat the steak tips, they were covered in what I am guessing was supposed to be caramelized onions andmushrooms, but also some sort of glaze. I hate mushrooms, but was willing to pick them out; but when I tasted the steak I couldnot eat it. We tried to season it with some salt and steak sauce, but not even that helped. Our puppies got a real treat thatnight, after we (sadly) rinsed them off really well. The only thing we did not have to ask for was the check and that was takencare of right away. Don't get me wrong the waitress was very pleasant and sweet, but listening to your customer and getting itright and making sure the customer has everything is pretty important in my book. Read more
I enjoyed my meal. It was busy but they managed to social distance. So you could take off your mask ???? and eat. The staff was... courteous and welcoming. I was impressed by the good attitude even though they were really busy. I wanted my steak well done andI got it as requested. I couldn't finish the meal and was able to take the rest to go. Overall good experience, 1st time. I brought friend in wheelchair & very accessable from parking lot throughout restaurant. We... were not in a hurry, however service was slow. I heard staff tell us & several other tables that they were short staffed. Juangreat server & went out of his way to accommodate everyone, even tables he wasn't serving & assisting other servers.
