The manner in which it was handled was appropriate and acceptable. I have always loved In the Bag and amhappy to change my review and report that even when mistakes are made, this company does what it needs to do to keep customerssatisfied. Read more
Terrible customer service. Sent an invoice AFTER they had already been paid. When contacted about it, they blamed the customer.
My #1 go to company catering option! Orders are always accurate and on time. I've used them for small groups and large groups... and with so many different catering or bag lunch options it's easy to use often because everyone can continuously get somethingdifferent! Read more
