Terrible customer service. Sent an invoice AFTER they had already been paid. When contacted about it, they blamed the customer.
My #1 go to company catering option! Orders are always accurate and on time. I've used them for small groups and large groups... and with so many different catering or bag lunch options it's easy to use often because everyone can continuously get somethingdifferent! Read more

I am normally not a "review writer," but in this situation, I feel particularly compelled to share. In The Bag is such a great... company. They have an outstanding product. We have never been disappointed with the amazing food that arrives when we order.Their customer service, which sometimes feels like an afterthought to some business, is AMAZING. They call to confirm, they goabove and beyond, everyone from the leadership to the delivery person are friendly, kind and considerate. Did I mention the foodis amazing? They are the entire package and I have been so pleased with their company and staff. I am a huge fan and I suggestthem for training events, corporate events, really any event!
