The cookies here are great, but the service has never been good. I understand staffing issues, but on multiple occasions and... with different employees, there has been much left to be desired. I once had to call the customer service number because theemployee refused to give me an item that was clearly paid for and listed on the receipt. My most recent visit left me standingin the hall for 15 minutes while the employees argued with each other over cook times, which feels like it should have a prettyset policy considering they?re cookies? Don't join the Cookie club. They advertise and promote for the Cookie club in store but have no intention of honoring member... discounts. With the exception of the free cookie the employees are reluctant to give you and act like they're doing you a favor.Other than a poorly ran establishment the cookies and ice cream are good. I stopped here for a celebratory cookie after grocery shopping and I wasn't disappointed. Their menu is straightforward, they... offer over a dozen varieties of cookie, many different ice creams, and toppings to go with it. Cookies are separated intosimple or deluxe. Simple cookies are smaller, and the deluxe cook is usually have an extra ingredient and are about twice thesize. I bought a 4+4 for 20$ and so far the oatmeal chocolate walnut and chocolate chip cookies were delicious. The staffanswered my questions and I didn't spend more than 3 minutes in the store. Can't sleep? Go get a cookie!!! Hot fresh cookies for late night cravings (or actually anytime of the day for that... matter!) There were 3 plant based options and a dozen traditional cookie flavors. These cookies were delicious! And a nicesize. Grabbed a chocolate chunk and a birthday cake. Both cookies were crunchy. Total came to $4.xx The chocolate chunk was thebest one. Crunchy on the outside soft in the middle. Very similar to a tollhouse cookie. Couldn't even tell it was vegan! Theyoffer ice cream, brownies, and bottled drinks. (No vegan or plant based ice cream or brownies) Can customize cookie sandwicheswith ice cream or icing. So many box and bucket packages to choose from or can buy a single cookie. Customer service wasnice. Shop was extremely small. Only room to fit 4 customers comfortably. And there is only one door to come in and go out. Noseating space. That's too bad cuz it would have been awesome to have a sit down spot and enjoy cookies and coffee in a comfycafe. This shop was more a take out shop. I recommend Insomnia Cookie! I had a decent experience here. The 2 employees we saw/interacted with. Only downside is the small space, they were so busy we... were waiting outside for a minute. Would leave no stars but as that is not an option here we are. I patiently waited 2 hours for my cookies and didn?t get them I... called and asked about the order said it would be a little bit longer. Then they called me and asked if I wanted the order stillI said I did 50 minutes later after they said it would be on its way still no cookies. ???? when I called to cancel they didn?tseem to want to help beyond refunding the order.
