SE 14th St location normally good. But not today. Too many employees at the register conversing in another language. Rude.... Having to repeat myself. Annoying. Parking lot horrible. I placed a large order of pizzas (30 pizzas + 5 packs of breadsticks) online a day ahead of time. I went to pick it up (7/1... around 3:45 pm) and the people working didn't even bat an eye! They had all items ready to go and helped us load the car. It wasgreat, super fast. I would definitely recommend them for low-cost bulk orders - as long as you practice common courtesy andplace your order ahead of time. Website was super easy to use as well. Read more

I usually don't one star places but this is by far the worst pizza place to order online from. Placed an order for ASAP at... 7:15pm then arrived at 7:45 only to be told that they hadn't even planned on beginning to make my pizza until 8:19 p.m. but theycould start making it right away! So I asked if I could just cancel the order and get a hot n ready and they said "yes, butyou'll have to cancel your order online".. low and behold, couldn't find a way to do this. So here it is 8:25 p.m. and I stilldon't have my pizza. Epic fail on their part. Will never use this place again which is sad because I like LCs pizza. Read more
