Good service and Fair prices on all items. The product quality is decent and typically is hot and ready as advertised. We... ordered a Detroit style sausage pizza and it was made fresh within 15 minutes. We also ordered garlic parmesan wings, therewere eight bone in wings per order and they were yummy! It?s sad to see the Little Caesar brand go down the hill. Specifically at this location, I?ve had issues multiple times. I was... charged the wrong order, multiple receipts, multiple voids, multiple staff members, and they mumbled about me as of I couldn?thear them. I was trying to help THEM, I felt like I was the employee for the location, I even showed them the math on my phonecalculator and they still didn?t get it. This place is a DISASTER, A CIRCUS and HELL ON EARTH. I blame store management, I blameregional and district managers, they obviously have no time to train and educate their staff on basic math, communication andprofessionalism. Seriously was very astonished at the fact that we were told even though we are paying full price for the old world style... pepperoni pizza, they refused to put light sauce so basically they claimed they could not put less sauce because it was aspeciality pizza which is the most ludicrous thing I have ever heard. I could see this if they were Pre made but they wereclearly making it as we waited. I get it, customer service is hard but not that hard?.they are not paying for the pizza so whywould they care if it had less sauce or not? Read more
We made a call to this location and Jessica R. answered. Immediately her service was terrible. She kept asking if I was... ?finished yet? and I even had to make sure she took my name down because she didn?t ask. She told us 10 minutes and we show upafter 15. The pizza wasn?t ready for another 40 minutes and watched her mess around the front and back the whole time instead ofhelp us. She even handed out similar orders to people who just ordered on the spot. Worst service I?ve ever had. We are not onesto complain but this was just embarrassing to watch. Read more
I walked in wanting buy some wings. When we walked in my three year old daughter asked to use the bathroom. I was told the... bathroom was only for employees no exceptions. SE 14th Des Moines Iowa has the worst service I have ever seen and experienced!! First of all someone who could barely speak... English answered the phone and ended up hanging up on me. I called back and it was some other girl answered. I was inquiringabout a special off of their specific website, so she said she would ask a manager. She never came back!! I called a 3rd timeand this one knew nothing about what I was talking about again. I called back AGAIN and asked for a manager.
