STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! Staff is toxic and malicious! They squirted all ketchup and mayo into my daughter?s nugget... container (no nuggets) halfway down the road my daughter mentioned ?Daddy there?s no nuggets, just sauce?, I called therestaurant back, got the manager on the phone (this solved nothing) he scoffed then mocked me. He seemed very incompetent andimmature, so I just hung up. I then drove to Ankeny, I located another Mc Donald?s where they correctly made her order, fresh,hot and also thanked me! Went to this McDonald's tonight and looks like they only had 2 workers and it was really busy. The manager was working all the... windows. Talking orders and front Counter. He was super sweet and I loved his attitude! But I would have to say can we get thisman some Proper help. 2 people isn't Enough for how many orders they are doing. This place is disgusting!! From the bathroom to the play area and everywhere in between. I see why they built a wall now. So... they can hide how dirty the kitchen is and so that they can ignore the ppl in the lobby. Rude attitude from everyone and dirtyunprofessional appearances. No doubt in my mind they are close to a Ecole outbreak. Not joking. They just throw the cold food inthe bag. And they want more than 15 an hour? Smh. Some people need to take more pride in their job! Waited half hour for our 2 burgers & fries put the fries in upside down & got the sizes wrong and they are so hard we cant even... eat them. The guy who brought our food out was covered in hickeys and his hat was so far down the brim was covering his eyes andwas very disrespectful. Read more
The management is disrespectful. The burgers were so salty we couldn?t eat them. I didn?t get the shake I ordered. No receipt... was offered and the manager hung up on me when I called to fix my bad situation! So much for making a good impression on avisitor from out of town! Corporate was contacted.
