Big fans of this pizza. Their flavored crusts are the right blend of flavor, texture and thickness and they have tasty sauce... with very consistent cheese. Their speciality pizzas like lasagna, fair grinder and their special pepperoni are all great. Theirwings are not good (small, forgettable sauce). Good bread related apps though, cheese sticks, etc. They have always been quickto deliver to our house as well. We will keep ordering from Northern Lights. Read more
Ordered delivery and it was a 50 minute delivery wait (which is fine) but it took an extra 15 minutes to get order. Pizza had... good flavor but toppings had all shifted in the box. Crust was too thin under the toppings and made it not able to eat by hand.Cheese bread had cheese on the middle 4 slices and was a tad over cooked. Never order from this store. I sat there and watched the delivery driver deliver my order to the wrong address, called the... store, was told that it was only 40 minutes (which was the time that order was supposed to be there) told driver had a couple oforders in my area and that would normally be 45 minutes. Was hung up on at that point. Waited another 25 minutes, still noorder. Called back, was put on hold and was told that it was delivered to my house. Informed them no it wasn't and got hung upon again. Called back, and instant hung up on. Had to block my number and called back and spoke to the manager, he basicallycussed me out multiple times, horible customer server, don't ever esculate but de-esculate the situation. After multiple callsto the store and being cussed out and basically said it was my fault for having contactless option set the driver showed back upat the wrong address and picked up the pizza from the portch that he left it on and delivered it to me... cold of corse since itwas sitting outside since he dropped it off. I normally love Northern Lights but after tonight never again... I will be filing acomplaint with the BBB and will be looking to other options with the AG's office. Read more
I have always love northern light pizza and the bread sticks. In the 10 years I have been ordering their pizza I have only had... one thing wrong that?s it and I have gotten many other people to order and the loved it My grandmother and I made a deal thatno matter what at least once a month that we order their pizza and bread sticks and we do that stick to this day I canofficially say that I m a long and will be a life time love and consumer of northern light pizza and bread sticks I recommendeveryone order the pizza Read more
We order Northern Lights Pizza fairly often. It is always a hot tasty meal. Love that it's local and that the ingredients are... sourced from Iowa and other Midwest locations. Our oldest and his family live in Cedar Rapids and they don't have NorthernLights there. When the visit they almost always ask if we can order Northern Lights Pizza. Good food, friendly staff andreasonably priced. Absolutely love Northern Lights Pizza! Read more
We order almost every Thursday night and it is always fast, hot, and delicious. We especially love that when we order taco pizza... the lettuce and tomatoes come on the side so they are cold and we can put them on ourselves! Read more
The pizza sauce was bad, tasted like soap or some chemical taste. The icing on the cinnamon rolls tasted like glue with sugar... added. When I called the manager argued with me then hung up. This place needs to be closed or Northern Lights needs to beinvestigated by the attorney general. Read more
