Well paid over $50 for food and when i get my food i cant even enjoy the pizza. Trying to talk to someone at the papa johns... store but no answer manager not answer calls and uber eats not resolving the issue either and i have been working on this sincelast night the picture is how i received the product and missing items which unable to get back to the store for they closed.Thanks papa johns for stealing my money and ignoring my complaint along with uber eats Read more
Ordered the NY Style pizza from here today. One of the best pizzas I've had in quite awhile. Ordered half pepp and mushroom and... half pepp and sausage. They forgot the sausage on half of my pizza but I'm still rating a 5 because the pizza was that good. Read more
Last few times i have ordered its been really sloppy and the cheese is all over the crust so crust is not visible. Very greasy... and hard to pick up a slice. I used to love this location. Spend a few extra bucks and order somewhere local or save a few bucksand grab little caesars.. This place is not worth the money. Read more
I'm really glad I don't live in the delivery area for this Papajohns. Ordered a pizza online, and the online system, for... whatever reason, made this my store. It also used the incorrect address, and I noticed it on the tracker. In order to save thedelivery driver the time and the gas, attempted to call the store. After being placed on hold for over 7 minutes, I was hung upon. Attempted to contact the store several times and was still not connected to someone. Finally was able to get through byusing the new order option. Explained the issue several times to staff, and told them I'd be okay if they recalled the drive andI'd come get them on my way home. However, they decided they'd attempt to call the driver and spent another 4 minutes trying torectify the issue. After letting them know I was not upset about the issue and just wanted to make sure the delivery driver didnot have to drive out of his delivery zone, they hung up on me before I could finish. I placed and order for delivery last night around 9:30- got a stuffed crust specialty pizza no shrooms, no black olives. The... order was made and out the door in less than 10 minutes, which told me my pizza was not going to be well done. Which it was not.Pizza box was wet on the bottom, toppings fell off soon as I picked it up and not to mention cold in the middle. My pizza waseven watery. ???????? Got me thinking my pizza was in for 5 minutes, if that. My garlic knots was more done than my pizza. Don'tever rush a pizza. That should've went in before my garlic knots... I wasted 30 bucks, to get a half done pizza! This isunacceptable. I even put the pizza back in my oven, and still did not taste right. I like the effort that u wanted to get mypizza out in a timely fashion, but the PIZZA HAS TO BE COMPLETELY DONE FIRST!!! If my kids or I would've gotten sick, you allwould be in some trouble! Delivery is pretty good if you live near by. Drivers do no contact. Pizza comes to you hot.
Pizza was great! Papa Johns has a large menu to accommodate different tastes! We liked that we were able to pay with cash when... using online ordering - other companies don't always offer that. Driver was super nice & the food came quicker then anticipated.Will definitely order from here again. Read more
I rarely write reviews but thought it was worth doing one for this Papa John?s on Euclid. I have gotten food here many times now... and it is always really good. I am more impressed though by the staff. Every time I go in to pick up the food you can tell theyare busy but they are very friendly and make sure to help right away. Read more
