This is a very busy location, with it being Sunday & apparently also servicing the local hotels. On this day, they were... understaffed in both the kitchen & the dining room. The food was good. Perkins good. My main objective here is to compliment ourwaitress, Juana, on her attention to our table and enduring personality. Very sweet, direct & efficient. The kitchen was slow &it took the food some time to get to the table, but Juana engaged the table & we didn't feel forgotten in the confusion of themorning. Haven't been here in 15yrs... food was great... big country is my favorite breakfast dish now...

Called in about my DoorDash order because they gave us the wrong order. The lady who answered the phone was very unprofessional.... Started to explain to her what we ordered and she was very rude. Said she was confused on how we didn?t receive the correctorder when she is the one that bagged up the order. Explained to her that we did not receive what we had ordered. Instead ofacknowledging that we didn?t receive the right order she makes it seem like we were lying. Overall very unprofessional and rudeservice. Do better Read more

When we ordered coke drink and tea the waiter forgot to get them she did bring salad and I asked about the drinks. She got them... but she used the same glass. I may be wrong, but thought a restaurant uses a new glass for refills?? The food was good theservice was not so good. We will come back to Perkins again and hopefully we can get better service. ???? Service is friendly and quick. The Eggs Benedict are tasty. Great place for brunch with family.
