This would be a zero star if I could. We waited approximately 20 minutes for anyone to take our drink orders. The drinks came... out quickly (warm but quickly). It took another 15 minutes for our server to come take our order. We placed our order and thetable next to us came long after we already ordered and got their food. We had a party of four and didn?t order anythingextreme. Our food never came after waiting almost two hours!! No one ever came back to check on us. We completely understandbeing short staffed hence why we waited so patiently?until the table of three got their food which was the same things weordered. We entered at breakfast hours and left at lunch time?.and hungry. Read more

Waited over 30 minutes for warm OJ. And another hour+ after that and got no food. Acted like we didn't even exist. After almost... 2 hours we had to walk out. Would give zero stars if it was an option. Do not waste your time. Read more

I normally don't give 5 star reviews but this one today 9/29/2022 deserves it as 25 customers where there and only the managers... on duty. I didn't catch her name which I should have, but she did excellent getting all the food out and making sure allcustomers got their drinks and food. The only thing she wasn't able to do was bus the tables but did have one of the cooks comeout to bus. She did an amazing job ????!! Read more

Had bacon, eggs, sausage and hash browns. Ordered eggs over medium that were closer to over easy. A little runny for me. Great... service from our waitress. Read more

Ate here on a Saturday, food was fine, about the standard Perkins quality. However, our server was not having a good day, and... was negative. Once I observed her attitude, I looked around wondering what was going on. It looked like our server was alsoacting as manger, dealing with staffing issues and more customers than she could handle. My gut reaction was they didn?t haveenough staff to handle demand. We came back on Labor Day. The waiting area was full, but no host was present. After waitingseveral minutes for a host, a member of our party asked for the host. At that point she was told that only one cook had showedup, and he had more orders than he could handle. They would not be seating more customer for the next several hours. At thatpoint everyone in the waiting left, upset, because no one had bothered to communicate the situation and instead had just leftthem wait. Read more

Overall, I am very pleased with the staff at this Perkins. We waited a little bit for someone to seat us and the woman who... seated us looked like she was about to end her shift but seated us anyways which we appreciated as they seemed a little understaffed. Our server, Philip, was very kind and quick. There was a small mess up on my order and he was very apologetic andcorrected the situation very nicely. The food tasted very good and I was very please overall with this Perkins! Read more

Understand people have bad experiences at any restaurant but we've been going to Perkins on Merle Hay faithfully for years and... have never had an issue. Vivian is our go to gal... she is a great server very attentive and always makes sure we walk outpleased with the experience. Will continue to go there..thanks to Vivian and all the staff. Read more

Cold food and the scrambled eggs were revolting, they were like skin. The pancakes have a weird aftertaste. The cheese on the... hash browns was a slightly melted cheese slice. What's worse is they only took 30% off one of our meals after we complained tothe manager. I'll never eat there again. Our server was nice, she was the best part of the experience. Next time we will takethe $23 to get fast food. Read more
