Service was good, delivery was fast, wings were bussin. But my pizza was messed up when I got it. Tastes fine, but slices were... overlapped, center of my pizza was aligned. Kinda looked like they just threw slices together. The cheese was melted over theoverlapping so it didn't seem like a delivery issue. And I asked for it to be cut into squares and it wasn't. The pizza was very dry and the breadsticks had very little cheese and were burnt. My pizza was cold when it got delivered to... me. I called the manager Cody multiple times to complain that I hadn't received my pizza yet and that it would be cold when Ireceived it. Instead of offering me money back or a future discount he would only assure me that my pizza would be hot. It isnot hot. I had to reheat it when it finally got here. I paid delivery fees and tipped the driver to ensure my order would gethere in a timely and efficient manner and I received neither. This is extremely disappointing. Read more
Very disapointed with my order pizza was cold when it showed up. We ordered it at 6:15 and said it was supposed to be at our... house by 7:34 we got it at 8:20 and one of my pizzas was missing we called the said would run it out waited 1 hour then calledback and was told that i hung up on her when she said these words exactly we will have it out to you soon i am not happy. Rude! I had a large delivery and left a nice tip PRIOR to delivery as it was on the payment screen. Never again! The guy was a... complete jerk. Not sure why he was acting that way...there was no reason for it. I will not be using them ever again. There areother business who deliver pizza and can be friendly, or at the very least not rude! If you order from this location, do not putyour tip on when up order. Do it upon delivery so you can atleast base it on the service you get. They cut my pizza the wrong way and when I asked that they just cut it close, they had to remake the whole order again, I had my... car running the entire time cause my son and I were in it, on the opposite side of town because our pizza hut due to staffingissues was not open, I ended up waiting for an hour just to get two pizzas and an apology, but would have liked either a couponfor next visit or maybe money back on one pizza due to the fact I should not have had to wait so long. The order didn't turn out the way I expected. The cheese sticks weren't very cheesy. The Mexican pizza wasn't very cheesy... either. The crust was like cardboard.
