Lady seemed annoyed that my daughter got a coupon from school multiple times. Daughter had it ready on the counter and she... didn?t even acknowledged the fact we had it ready for her. If you?re going to work in customer service you can?t be rude. Nothank you. Asked about the extra sauces we ordered and she just taps the box. Customer service was AWFUL! It was five minutes till closing so she told me she wouldn?t deliver this late. I understand, but... she didn?t give me any other options?I had to ask. She took my order and told me to be there in five minutes. I got there andthe door was locked. She asked my name through the locked door while it was raining, then went back to her computer to check? Inever even gave her my name. I went back to my car to wait and she was very annoyed. Then she was ready for me to come in andpay so motioned me to the door, I get out of my car go to the door she turns around and walks away because she had to answer thephone. You can see I have usually given everywhere else a great review. The lady I was just talking to so I could place my order was... extremely rude and acted like I was an inconvenience to her. The service and communication were good. The main issue is the pizza itself. We ordered a thin and crispy and a hand tossed,... when I got it and brought it back to the house, the thin and crispy pizza was not crispy at all. I picked up a slice and it hadno structure and sagged completely. I had to put it in the oven once home to get it to a crispy level that it should have been.We won?t be returning. Read more
Major quality issues. Thought the first time we got a new person. But last two times order was subpar. Seasoning on... breadsticks non-existent, toppings thrown on too thick in some places and not enough in others. Pizza also seemed a littleundercooked mix. Read more

I placed an order for delivery a 45 dollar order at night last night with ever intent of paying for it, asked the pizza hut rep... door dash accepts cash he said yes I proceeded to order the door dash never came I called the store spoke with a guy there andhe apologized and offer me a credit. I called in today to get my credit and manager on the phone was rude and belittled me bysaying u want me to give u free food. I said to her that I wasnt wanting free food I wanted what the guy told me he would giveus the lady on the phone was very rude and treated me as if I was a piece of garbage.
