As a doordasher I have been here many many times and have not once had even a decent experience. The night crew is generally... rude and closes down early, and it seems like they delete delivery orders they don?t want to deal with. I?m usually reallyunderstanding with customer service workers but this place has no customer service standards and I can?t believe they still havecontracts with these delivery companies considering ever order I?ve picked up has either been completely ignored and not made orhas been given to my by a rude worker. I placed an online order because I had a long order and I didn't want them to miss anything. When I pulled up to the window, I... was asked what sauce (on the online order I had put Mild and Diablo), I told the guy at the window 'mild and diablo' he walkedaway and came back and asked again what sauce, I told him again... He handed me the bag of food, when I looked in the bag, heput a ton of hot and fire. No Mild and Diablo. I went thru the items in the bag. It was missing 4 things. Had to wait onthat. When I got home. Everything was cold and soggy. I'm only 8 minutes away. I don't know if they didn't feel like opening anew bag of lettuce or making new meat but everything was just a dab of everything. Everything had more sauce than lettuce, meat,tomato, anything that went on it just had a drop of it except the sauce. It's almost like if they have the toppings taken out oftheir paychecks. In the photo, it's supposed to be a Cheesy gordita crunch with the dorito taco, they put a regular taco. Thecrunchwrap didn't have anything in it. Being that its really only place in a convenient location. Front doors seems to be always lock n drive thru only. Almost every... day. Good food, friendly family atmosphere. Is sure way to slowly lose customer's. Some hard working people want come inside notdrive thru and then bathrooms ate always closed! Read more
I heard mexican pizza's were back!!! Checked google maps to be sure they were open. I became skeptical after reading reviews.... But dam it, I really wanted a Mexi Pizza! Not disappointed! The drive up team was pleasant and professional. The pizza and tacowere perfect! I'd give them 10 stars! Read more

I moved to Des Moines Iowa from Ohio came to this Des Moines location to get food for me and my 3 children. We are vegetarian... and they knowingly put meat in my childrens burritos and admitted to it I have the recordings. They also laughed and joked aboutit multiple times on camera. This is sick and very disappointing I will not be returning and will report them to the betterbusiness bureau. I honestly cannot believe I?ve been coming here for the past two years for vegetarian friendly food and theypurposely gave us meat in our food. To my vegetarian families out there please beware and be careful they do not care about yourhealth or your personal choices for your body. I am attaching the photos and videos as proof and will return tomorrow 11/13/2031to speak with the general manager. I was also lied to by one of the women and told she was a manager and could not refund me mymoney as she didn?t know how. I wouldn?t eat here even if there were handing out free food. The night crew steals the doordash/Uber eats orders and tells the... drivers they never got an order. There is a lady who claims to be a manager who was the most disrespectful person I have evercome across in my life. She needs to be fired. I?ve read other reviews and it?s sad that she is still employed. Literallywatched her yell at a deaf doordasher, the guy was literally signing with his hand and she was yelling at the top of her lungsat him. I literally had the police called on me because I wanted to speak with a real manager about the Uber eats order that was?stolen?. I honestly feel bad for her, clearly she wasn?t loved as a child.
